Shipping and Delivery Details

  1. All orders are shipped from our Singapore location for local delivery.

  2. Currently, we do not offer a self-collection option.

  3. Please take note that your ordered products will typically arrive within 3-5 working days. Orders made during the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday.

  4. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer International Delivery.

Damaged Item Exchange/Refund

  1. We sincerely apologize if the item you purchased arrived damaged. We are committed to resolving this issue for you. Kindly reach out to us at sanqueyi-apparels@gmail.com, providing photographs of the damaged item(s). We will work swiftly to offer a suitable solution. Before returning the damaged item(s), please ensure you have contacted us via email.

Exchange Policy

  1. Our products are sold on a non-exchangeable and non-refundable basis. However, in the event of receiving damaged item(s), we offer a one-time replacement of the same product within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Change of Mind

  1. We understand that sometimes decisions change. While our products are generally non-exchangeable and non-refundable, we do make an exception for damaged item(s). If you receive a damaged item, you can avail a one-time replacement of the same product within 7 days from the date of delivery.
